This is not just a fitness challenge; it’s a chance to make a meaningful impact in the fight against childhood cancer!
Gather your colleagues and friends to form a team and help Perth Children’s Hospital Foundation (PCHF) achieve one million punches across the state.
- Day One: 5 March 2026 from 6am - 11pm
- Day Two: 6 March 2026 from 7am - 7pm

How it works.

2-hour fitness challenge
Over 70 teams will come together to complete one million punches.

Punching schedule
Each team (2 - 6 people) will hit one bag non-stop for two hours, to contribute to the one million punch target.

Special guests
Ambassador families, PCH clinicians, sporting professionals, local dignitaries and media will also be joining us!
