Amazon Goes Gold Pjammin’ Initiative raises $45,000 for the Foundation!

Our friends at Amazon Perth Fulfilment Centre wore their pyjamas to work as part of the annual Amazon Goes Gold Pjammin’ initiative and in doing so managed to raise an incredible $45,000 for the Foundation.

The Amazon Goes Gold Pjammin’ initiative helps to raise awareness and funds for childhood cancer, which is still a very heart-breaking reality here in Perth, with Perth Children’s Hospital being the sole centre for treatment of children with cancer in WA.

“Perth Children’s Hospital Foundation is proud to support research trials, equipment and world-class clinicians and researchers leading the charge to improve survival rates and treatment side effects for 100 children with diagnosed with cancer in WA each year. Thanks to our generous donors like Amazon, we will help reduce suffering for children and their families and change global practice.” Carrick Robinson, Chief Executive Officer, Perth Children’s Hospital.
