Heroes come in all shapes and sizes; we’re getting everyone to share their heroes and raise money for the Perth…
The CAHS Arts & Health program has been busy working on brightening the walls at PMH and bringing creative projects to the patients with the Artist in Residence Project.

CAHS Artist in Residence Hayley Bahr with an artwork for the Migrating Masterpieces project that is on display throughout PMH.
Artist Hayley Bahr held drawing workshops with patients in wards across Princess Margaret Hospital & Bentley Adolescent Unit to design patterned animal drawings with a theme of movement or migration. Workshops were held in collaboration with project partner, the School of Special Educational Needs: Medical & Mental Health.
These artworks have been created by patients as part of the 2017 CAHS Artist in Residence Program and are on display throughout PMH. Designed to coincide with the impending transition from PMH to Perth Children’s Hospital, the images will also be printed in a limited edition colouring in book to give to patients to celebrate the move.
The Migrating Masterpieces Project is part of the Child and Adolescent Health Service Arts & Health Program of activities that are designed to improve the health & well-being of patients in hospital through participation in creative activities.
